Here is the link to the paper in Bolivia. Click on Economia (or something like that, I don't speak Spanish) Economia is on the left side, then click on "Cangalli". The only number I could tell was a sentence talking about Guido and the amount mentioned appears to be 5 million ounces.

You got it MICAP - 4 trading days before restrictions come off a bunch, great timing, WOW, what if it somehow gets back to the BB before Monday, but even if not, it ran once on the pinks, it could do it again.
