- Most journalists are really mouthpieces for the DNC (truly, Brent Bozell has reported that at any given Presidential Press Conference, that 90+% are registered Democrats)

- that being the case, and knowing how much Democrats love Big Gov't & hate successful, hard-working people; I don't give much credence to some of the courtroom reports.

Eugene, The following story indicates that the judge wants MSFT to finish by Friday and resume April 12 or later.

(Hope it resumes in May---past earnings report)

BTW--Ignore the reference to INTEL, it was supposed to be MSFT.
