I think its just an artifice to deflect attention away from the current scandal and the failure of the peace process in Kosovo. This administration is an absolute nightmare when it comes to foreign policy matters. BTW, I think Jesse Ventura had it about right. She's not from New York and last time I looked the Constitution did not provide for "Senators at Large". JLA

Who can guess what will happen.

IMHO, this is a power hungry individual who is coming to the stark realization that the party in the White House is just about over, and power tastes good to her. Bill's usefulness to her is winding down, so she's keep her options open.
