Personally I feel about as bad as the company does about repriced options. Ooops, this ain't yahoo!! As Dan would say, I'M OUTTA HERE

I got my claim settlement check for $22.00 for the 200 shares I purchased during the contestable period. I'll bet the original claimant fells vindicated with the $55 check he got for his 500 shares. Oh well, at least Lerach and his scumsucking buddies got paid their $500 per hour to protect us poor, gullible shareholders. I filed my claim to reduce the amount that the original claimant received. If nobody else filed, he would have received quite a lot. Also Identix and their insurance company had to pay the claim regardless of how many people filed. I am glad this is over.
