On CNN Moneyline, Wien said this rally will continue past 10,000 in the near future/1st half. Clear enough. But then it got confusing.

He said that for the market to go much higher it will need interest relief i./e. a reduction in interest below 5%. He thought this would become possible once it was clear that most of the US fast growth was taking place in this quarter and would not continue in the 2nd half without lower interest rates. He thought that the best stocks to buy now were not technology, but those stocks with good valuation currently unheard of.

(He was drinkng from a cup - I presume it was coffee).
