LindyBill - Intel does not sell to consumers. An article in todays San Jose Mercury describes why the FTC and Justice Department are investigating Intel. A big part of the story is the "Intel Inside" campaign and the anti-competitive effects of that marketing strategy.

Did DOJ sue Kodak. I don't think so. And for, what, decades, Kodak was just about the only film one could buy. Dominate the market does not always mean law suit.
