" 1) Is it easy to finds shares to short and what are there shorting requirements? "

Yes but it takes about 2 mins for the program to "look up" the shares.

"2) Can you sell naked options over the net?"

Don't know.

"3) Do they sweep your extra cash into a decent interest bearing account?"

Yes and I believe there are more than one.

Sorry, Volunteer, I was out of town for a few days. I do not know the answer to your first two questions. I do not short in my Fidelity accounts, and I do not sell naked options. I do believe they do sweep your cash into money market account according to your instructions when you set up your account. You should probably ask Fidelity directly to get correct answers.
