Well let's see, this company has had an SEC anal examination for more than three years (Isn't that right people?). MINE has had an SEC official in Denver gunning for it ever since the original President messed around and pissed them off. There is nothing that the SEC has not thoroughly inspected and reviewed and I'm sure others here can fill in the remaining saga. Finally, the SEC charges are settled. As to the insider buying, they already own all they need and have for quite some time. Good trading, JEB
