Can You Guys Say SCAM? Because that's most likely what this stock is.

I've also checked the SEC filings and don't like what I see so far and still haven't been able to find anything else about PNTH on the WWW this evening. Smells pretty bad, and for those that bought into this deal based on Kimmy's advice, get ready to empty your pockets. I feel sorry for you already.
