Probart, After about an hour in the Freeedgar, the best #'s I can come up with are as follows: Total shares outstanding: 4.83MM + 1.34MM registered 2/12/99 = 6.17MM Shares owned by institutions: 2,552,100 Shares owned by Insiders: 1MM Shares left in float: 2,552,100 less the 1.34MM registered but not issued leaving 1.212MM in the float.
