Jeff:

About earnings, i really have no projections.
I dont have a real good feel for how margins
will be affected by the buildout of the FNET
global network. however, the company expects
to be turning a profit by June. wouldnt be
surprised to see a marginal profit for the
march qtr. once FNET is spun off, earnings
projections should be more predictable. i
have been told that the margins on the hardware
are tremendous. once the FNET network is spun
off, hardware sales should take off as FNET is
expanded globally. btw, dont confuse FNET with
the ticker of a public company Futurenet. they
are NOT related in any way. Franklin's FNET is
still majority owned by Franklin and is not yet
public.
