For the amount of "talk" around on this stock, how come the volume is so low?

I would think it would be a "high flyer"

Hey Ron, that is what I like to see! ICCN had a good volume day (43,000 shares) the bid went up $0.13 to $1.06 at the close, this is the highest the bid has closed. As you say, for the amount of "talk" on this stock, as you put it, the interest is taking hold and I hope all of us will continue to support this stock by adding to our positions at these lower prices.
