Jim, PC server prices are dropping faster than pc prices, so that negates your argument.

Dell has lower costs. But its profit margin is a huge cost in competing on price. Can they lower prices and make a profit? Never said otherwise, though I do have doubts about their efficiency at the low end. But can they lower prices on cheap pcs, maintain sales of overpriced pcs, and maintain both revenue growth and margins? No way, Jose. Something has to give. And my guess is it is stock price.
