PCNTF - Well, I dowloaded 3 separate reports including the initial an after IPO prospectus and I will give some of the numbers that I have here in front of me. Nothing of great interest as it relates to disproving the Asian conspiracy as I have come to call it orginally posted by Rande from a Yahoo poster.

Let me start with some quicky numbers and then I am going to download the initial prospectus to shed some further light.

One report rates it, essentially and 8 out of 12 possible points for quality of investment.

Provides Internet access in Singapore (84% of sales) and Hong Kong (16%). Recently added Philippines. Expanding in India, Australia. has 187,000 dial-up subscribers (73% of sales), 546 leased line subs. Receives $17/mo./Sub. has a low 1.7% churn and Operates 4 large POPs.

#1 of 3 ISPs in Singapore with 40% share. Other two are: SingNet and Cyberway. #3 of 100 ISPs in HK with 6% share.

3.0M Shares Offered - Outstanding Shares of 12.2M

Managers: Lehman Co-Managers: Bear Stearns, Cowen & Co.

FY Ending: ($000) 1996 vs. 1997
---------------------------------
Sales: $17.643 vs $29.892
Gr. Profit: $ 8.665 vs $15.679

Interim Results Sep. 97 vs Sep. 98:
------------------------------------
Sales: $8.172 vs $11.983
Gross Margin: $20.7% vs 61.9%
EPS: ($.02) vs $.24

This is all I have for now, but the yearlies and Interim numbers look great but they will need to continue to string these good numbers to stand out above the rest.

I believe these Internationals have great promise, especially those with expanding markets and aggressive growth strategies. As a similar issue with a much smaller market, take a look at OZEMY currently at $22. I believe they will be taken out before too long (OZEMY that is).

Good luck. Will post more as I get it.

Tj
