Not here! Did you see the poohpooh gold pc in WSJ today on India being upset with their nation's citizenry and their appetites for gold. Said to be hurting their trade balance with the rest of the world? What the hell is wrong with these stupid bureaucrats. Don't they know that if they make more available by "mobilizing their reserves" they will just sell more to their own kinfolk? What a crazy world we live in! O/49r

Excellent find Paul.. Now that India appears to be joining the party..doesn't bode well.. "the new economic architecture" Just seems that all this new architecture is leading the way for huge deflation..forcing countries like Brazil to probably flood the market more with commodities..gold and commodities appear so tied together.. You can't look at gold without looking at commodities..at least that is what I think..so for conspiracy theories..one probably has to just focus on the financial policies of Rubin and Greenspan etc and how they have helped create commodity dumping and the destruction of small companies in favor of the deep pocketed companies..(again I think Rubin is an honorable man who is trying to do his best for the USA..even if it screws the rest of the world..) heard former Mayor Koch speak on a show yesterday and he said soon over 50 million americans will be without health insurance.. If the governments bail out the financial types..obviously there is no need for reality..the people who are suffering from all the intervention..dont have a voice..so Just heard now Hughes might not be able to sell satellite technology to China..heard that state department rather than commerce department is taking over..(poor big business :-( ) what a joke..ie encryption laws are so very tough but dealing with mission technology etc has been so "money oriented"
