Often supine or Sometimes prone. Shorting is encouraged in Canada. We teach our elementary age kids to short. We promote it at the Junior High School Level, like French. It is compulsory for all employed Canadians to have a Shorting Account. Most Canadians make their living shorting two or three OTC:BB's a day, whilst lounging around in Nevada or Arizona soaking up that free American sunshine. Canadians don't believe in God We believe in GOD, someone entirely different and incidentally far more American than your God. As for distribution, we just give parking tickets to people who own cars, it is a simple thing.
