I really don't think NAVR management is "waiting" for anything. Sometimes there is no planned reason for anything. I don't think the initial delay was preplanned -- it just happened due to poor execution, second thoughts or some CEO genius I cannot comprehend. Greenspan has nothing to do with any delay, and I don't even think the Grammy's will play a role in prompting NAVR to announce the S-1 filing. Do you really think that last summer, Paulson said, "Hey, let's wait 8 months until the next Grammy awards to announce this?" No. Something went wrong -- just like something went wrong Feb. 6. I'm not waiting for the Grammys or Greenspan -- just hoping nothing goes wrong.
