<<Does it really make sense when you have 600,000 ounces of gold per meter depth in your backyard to waiste time with some marbles ?>>

Claude....Call the company and argue the economics of their approach with them. Perhaps you will find the real answer that way. As a spectator myself...yes, I do see some merit given the current state of lending to these speculative ventures. You own a bank (let's pretend)....how much would you lend and at what interest rate??
As for stock dilution/private placements.....I don't see any other similar company awash in cash using it.
Ask Mike at MGAU if he's wasting time with "marbles"! Go ahead!!
Let us know what he says, please, Raye

Claude....please re-read the 2-16 press release, which includes:
<<MG has recently raised one million dollars, ($1,000,000) through a limited offering involving 50% MG Investors and 50% J/L Investors. The funds are for the expenses incurred with the due diligence program of testing and proving the J/L technology and also to build a pilot plant for Sinagua ore. Start-up production is planned to begin within 90 days.>>
Selling some marble as well sounds O.K. to me!
