I completely disagree that vrsn is better positioned. We deal with both companies and they have totally different models. Entu want you to buy their system and be your own CA. VRSN wants you to outsource all of this to them. Fact is, some companies despise outsourcing anything related to security ( I know, I sell this stuff). I think both models are good but I would argue with you that one is not better positioned than the other. They are both very very very different. The cost of building vrsn's business is going to be much higher since they are building these centers. Long term, they may be able to deliver higher margins but I have spoken to several of my clients who said entu was much more responsive and a more friendly company to deal with.
