Boy are you off base. Lets see, Hooters goes to University of Texas and pays these teenagers say, $8/hr. So the takehome pay is $25K/year including tips. Good money, eh? And all they have to do for it is where a push up see through bra and really short shorts with no underwear. And act like they are interested when some 40 year old fat, bald banker drives up in his suburban with the antlers tied on the front. Oh yeah sounds good. Otoh she can deliberately pursue the most important man in the world and have an affair with him, something that never would have happened had she not agressively persued it, which ultimately results in a high paying NYC job. BTW from what I have seen, women that go this route (affairs with powerful men) usually get rich. Neither of these are good but if you can't see that the second is preferable to the first then you are pretty naive. I happen to think Monica had a social climbing mother which was the real problem.
