Thank you.

There is something else I have noticed with this stock that has always "bothered" me...but I'm almost afraid to post it and speak my mind as I might be labeled a "basher" but I will anyway.

This stock always, on any good strong move up seems to have some big sells that knock it right back down. Seems to be a lot of overhead resistance coming from somewhere...it just can't get the momentum boost it needs to get "over the hump"..

Has anyone else ever noticed this??

It seems like there is one of 2 things going on. either A. There is some heavy shorting going on, and whoever has been doing it is in too deep to quit...but if the pressure keeps on they will eventually be forced to give up.... or B. There is heavy insider/company/large shareholder selling going on. There are several 144 filings on TSIG, but all are "planned sells" as I see no sales actually reported. Some people go bonkers when they see these filings, but I have often found that stocks really move up after 144 filings, as insiders "know" something is "about" to happen. They have 90 days to sell before they have to file again. Also, It doesn't seem that the amount of filings on TSIG is that large to cause this overhead resistance.

Repeat, I have no knowledge of any of this activity.......it just seems with everything that is happening with TSIG that they could get some good momentum rolling...and there has been some great volume days for that to happen.

I traded this stock back last spring and summer, and seemed every time it approached .50-.60 it got knocked right back down.....History is sometimes hard to break, This stock has been heavily played as a "rolling stock" for quite some time.

If it ever does break that .60-.65 resistance level, it will probably spring much higher, IMO

Lee

Please don't bash as this is just my observation/opinion
