Actually, AIQ gave two expert buy signals on the Dow the last two week which tends to be early. The Nasdaq gave a expert buy signal yesterday. Over 80% of the individual stock signals were buy signals on Friday as were 80% of the stock signals confirmed by 10/40 double moving average price phase. Today, it's 71% of the reversal signals are buys and 90% of signals are confirmed by 10/40 moving average. The percentages tend to oscillate between 20 and 80 percent. The 8-17-9 MACD still hasn't given a buy signal for the Nasdaq.
