>>The manual is just being overly conservative!! I have a friend that works in the click reliance testing department...he said you "could drop it out of a ten story building and it would still work"!!<<

LOL!
Then those wonderful Iomega engineers have just beat CompactFlash by a mile in regards to durability. Sandisk Compactflash is rated up to 1000g's, or the equivalent of an 8 foot drop to the floor. Just guessing, but I would say that Flop!'s 10 story drop would be the equivalent of 10,000g's.

My, what wonderful Iomega engineers. Now, if only it were true...

>>Lets face it..a camera is a fairly delicate instrument itself. You would not ride a horse and operate it at the same time!! <<

Wrong, buddy boy. Consumer Cameras are NOT delicate. If they were, they would not be nearly as succesful as they are. Consumer cameras are abused like Hell and still work fine. And, in regards to your horse situation, I have a whole shoebox full of old photos that were taken when I was a young 'un --while riding on the back of a horse at a Dude Ranch. The photographer? My Father...ALSO riding a horse at the time. Photos and camera were all fine.

To say that your entire post is completely ludicrous is putting it mildly.
