It was a great milestone for us to show a profit for the 1st 3 quarters of 1998, but with our explosive growth the next 2-3 quarters will not show a profit. We have worked on deals like the Nickleby's deal that will greatly enhance our balance sheet. When Nickleby's goes public that will be a nice hit for 1st Net. We have also spent some considerable amount of our cash resources on some acquisitions and development of some technologies. This will hurt our net revenue for a short time but should really give us explosive revenue growth 3&4th quarter 1999.
