<<I seriously doubt that Vivus if[is] going to survive.>>

Captain,

At status quo, Vivus can survive without a domestic partner and can actually make some moderate profits as international markets get approved, licensed and launched.

IMHO the domestic partner issue is what is going to make the difference between a very slow stock appreciation as international earnings become realized verses a quick appreciation back into double digits if a domestic partner gets signed.

Vivus is a much different company now. It only has 3 Vice Presidents. There is a drastically reduced head count. No more sales/marketing employees and just enough employees to keep the new efficient plant running to keep up with current demand.

Our stock price will now be directly related to the number of MUSE units produced and shipped out each quarter. I think you might be surprised when you see those numbers for the second half of 1999. We still can even have a stellar Q2 if a domestic deal gets cut.
