Phuoc Le,

With all due respect, your reply to my post had very little, if anything, to do with my criticism of Mr. Pfeffer's ability to take advantage of an opportunity presented to him by the WSJ. One of a CEO primary responsibilities is to sell his company. Opportunity missed. Harsh criticism not undue.

Discussions of Amazon's or other internet company's valuations are irrelevant to any analysis of Borders, in my humble opinion.
