You are right. Wilf Corrigan is a pretty shrewd operator. He definitely would not overpay for Seeq, but what he will do is provide the business management that was lacking with Salisbury, Gregory et al, and turn the Seeq products into viable assets. One thing I am surprised about is there has been no reaction from Atmel. They were once a pretty big shareholder in Seeq and also have strong family ties, although Seeq has deviated completely from their common products.
