But, what you forgot to tell the cartel was when the stock crashes they can use the 8K false filing to file a CLASS-ACTION law suit. In addition, the CARTEL can name all of the parties, including Michael Puhr, President and his parent company "WORLD MARKETING ALLIANCE". Mr. Michael Puhr,told me with his own lips, that he cleared his being President of RMIL with his compliance officer and they said it was O.K. Since Michael Puhr is a registered rep. with WORLD MARKETING ALLIANCE, then it is obvious when compliance allows him to be president they have endorsed the position and will be included in the upcoming class action law suit. I am convinced that Mr. Michael Puhr does not know what he is doing and is in way over his head dealing with the stock scam artists.
