'Nother thing: Transpoint is only now learning what a big head start CKFR has with "pay-anyone" capability, and a decade of experience. And while they are belatedly coming to grips with THAT little problem, Pete is creating another one for them -- end-to-end quality control. I am convinced Pete is showing great wisdom by investing now in the infrastructure needed to track customer payments and handle all those pain-in-the-ass customer problems. This ain't a software business. It's a one-on-one, customer service business. And CKFR is showing it can continue to dominate it, just as the revenues are about to explode and the economies of scale are about to kick in big-time. IMHO.
