Bobbie and Clementina sort of go together, though Bobbie appears as well with the Blumenfelds, father and appalling son, and in the affair of Roderick Glossop and the hot water bottle... I wonder how many females, altogether, Jeeves rescued Bertie from. Offhand, well... imperious Florence, mushy Madeleine Basset, and the cultured Honoria Glossop, repeatedly. Volatile Bobbie, of course (always thought I'd have liked that one). The artist, Gwladys Pendlebury. And what others... We probably shouldn't start on Bingo. Galahad, of course, had the opposite obsession, always getting them together in the face of a platoon of slavering aunts. Remember the kidnapping of the Empress?
