Even an innocent man has to submit to the process, or it loses its integrity as a means of determining the facts.

<<Being innocent, BC can call upon the self-defense defense.>>

INNOCENT...keep looking. OK even if he were "innocent." There are some problems with what you are calling self defense. Self defense to most people means meeting the attackers assault with weaponry that nutralizes it and or stops it. No where, that I have seen is targeting innocent people as a way of distracting your attackers a justified method or definition of self defense. So who or what is targeted by his deceit? It is you, me, the rest of the people on the planet, and the founding principles of our nation. Is this targeting of innocents consistant with bc's MO. You bet. Over 5000 innocent middle eastern children under the age of 5 die every month at the hands of your INNOCENT man. Why, obviously he is hoping to get at Saddam Hussein (an enemy of most of us) through the public outcry and revolt as a consequence of these deaths, that would stop if Saddam were removed. Some people say its all Saddam's fault. I guess because he doesn't just shoot himself in the head. This inneffective strategy has been continued for nearly a decade now. Even if it were effective, here is your INNOCENT man. Shees Mac, you've gone polar on this.

<<Clinton should not bear the cost of pointing out a faulty place in the system. Punishing him won't fix it.>>

chaa, right...bill clinton is such a petty issue in the face of the integrity one of one of the only systems in the world that was considered just to one and all. He, you, and the rest of his enablers have sold us out.

Punishment is not the issue. A justice system that manifests just consequence is.
