GB,

<<< Could they be getting greedy and spreading
it too thin?>>>

Good point, I'm comfortable with the company
gradually buying companys, if they plan on
rolling up as many as they can in a short
period of time, i'll rethink my position.

This whole industry is going to have to
consolidate eventually. I really thought
PFX was going to be bought itself, now we
have a roll-up on our hands. Sometimes they
work other times, well, look at ABTX, RECY,
or ACTC. All were destined to capture
each of the fragmented industrys they were
in,now they are "pounding sand".

Can we trust management? The NY listing
is hard to get unless your comapny is doing
well, Applegate was excellent,earnings
speak for themselfs, they are located in
the 8th largest city that is booming, having
a Scottsdale address gives lot's of visibility
to the rich folks who reside there, not to mention
the "snowbirds" who spend the winter.

Have a good one,

Alex
