(02/23/99 12:08 pm pst)...NKC(IF) Senior Management has confirmed Alpha Software has [amicably] turned back the marketing/distribution rights to ONLINE merchant to StumpWorld, wherein, Alpha Software will receive/received 'reasonable consideration for their time and effort'...this move is completely consistent with NKC(IF)s representations of focusing its efforts on videogame console edutainment software development, marketing, distribution...given the fact this 'news' is not material i.e. represent ten (10%) percent of NKC(IF) revenues it is not legally [TSE:SEC] required to issue a news release, however, management has indicated said dissolution with StumpWorld will be covered in a forthcoming [material] Company press release...management maintained they are confident they are on schedule with Elmo PlayStation® and Gameboy® q1 '99 product releases...accordingly it would seem reasonable for said Online Merchant dissolution to appear in a forthcoming? (q1 '99) Elmo® news release...
