To follow up on my comments...

Two of the technology thrusts are:

1) Access Control Systems and
2) Industrial Automation Solutions

the third I leave up for grabs as I'm not sure, maybe it was licensing their technology.

Also, I made a comment about a reverse split which was incorrect. It appears shareholders are being asked to increase the number of shares authorized from 20 million to 40 million shares rather than being asked to approve a reverse split. It appears I was confusing Racom with Ramtron.

Anyway, hope this helps.

BTW, the Business Strategy Rancis outlined Dec 15, 1998 #reply-6919437 mentioned a smartcard sale to ITT Industries, Germany. This has never been announced in a PR.

In talking with Racom VP yesterday, he did not appear to be concerned about cash flow.

These are a few things that keep me interested in Racom.
