As far as risk v AOL - I think that risk was substantially reduced the day the ATT deal was announced. Certainly AOL will be around in the future, the question is, is it overvalued?. I also have no question that ATHM will be around but I have no question that it has yet to even get close to it proper valuation. They own the pipes, no question. DSL etc will not work out for numerous reasons. Att will use their mkt muscle to push the subscriber base up substantially this year and next. I think AOL is coming to this realization and once a deal is done - sooner rather than later (the longer they wait the mopre expensive the deal will be to AOL, IMHO), this stock will skyrocket like you have never seen. In effect I would expect any deal to be a revenue sharing one which as we all know would be very very big.
