Ben,

The only problem with your messages are they don't come frequently enough... it's always great to hear from you!

Thanks for all that you do.

Crusty

Let me add my vote regarding your comments to shareholders. Having recently invested $75000 in HTSF, I can easily tell you that one of the major reasons for putting this much into a BB stock (regardless of how great the potential) is the fact that you communicate so well with shareholders. I reviewed the entire list of news items, postings and financial information that I could find and felt that the level of open disclosure including future directional thinking was outstanding. Having invested for 35 years, I find management discussion much more valuable than BROKER hype and projections. The only exception is when releases could cause competition problems. Please keep up the good communication.

Ben - I do appreciate your communication with the thread as well. In addition, I will call after market to discuss various possible marketing arrangements and financials of the company. I believe your firm has some great software available, and hopefully, can get it into the right hands in the school systems. Will talk later.
