Re: "and the fact the K6-3 takes advantage of well supported SIMD technology are just small additional advantages to buying AMD. " Well supported? By a few game companies. So - AMD will get the poor gamer purchases - the ones that can't afford the really good machines. And all these game companies will be issuing SSE/Katmai versions - just to stay competitive with all the other game companies who are doing the SAME thing. Paul
