IPO "facts" from management that are said to be incorrect/fraudulent. Class action being initiated by Chitwood and Harley, Attorneys at Law,Peach Street. Atlanta. " If you purchased HMPS securities after April 15 1998 but before October 5,1998, you are automatically a class member.regardless of whether you sold the stock or still own it" HMPS has vigorously denied any wrong doing. Litigation proceedings could take up to one year or more...... Can you get "back" news items from Yahoo on HMPS? They announced class action suit around October/November 1998. It was reported with reasons why class action was initiated,and the response from management.
