Inside Internet TV Web site. The Web site contains valuable
information pertaining to the convergence of the Internet and TV. The

Visitors to the site will find a newsletter format that has a combination
of exclusive content, as well as aggregate content collected from other
resources on the Web. Specific items on the site include news
headlines, market statistics, Spyglass partner case studies, an "Ask the
Expert" bulletin board, and a monthly-featured guest commentary on the
state of the industry. Spyglass will update the Web site with news
headlines and other timely pieces of information on a daily basis.
Major additions of new content will also be added on a monthly basis.
