Jane, I only try for those that may or may not be getting a raw deal due to misunderstandings. I do not consider it a double standard concerning Paul, he is a big boy and can fight his own battles. He is getting just what he deserves, the playground thing was not something that was made up, he wrote it for all to see, he confirmed it to you, that it did happen and he was proud of it, when you wrote that you thought he had made it up just to shock people. Remember that at that time I as well said that he probably just made it up and when he confirmed it as the truth to you, that is when I made the decision to never again post directly to him, nor to ever defend him again. So no, your situation is different from his, no double standards here....... wb
