These old shells that were set up with certain stock outstanding and float are prime targets for whoever needs a good one.

I guess its just a waiting game.

Yep, it sorta makes you wonder when you see a bankrupt carcass with a flat line for a chart suddenly trading 13m shares in three days when the total outstanding is supposed to be around 14m. My condolences to the guy that bought at .24 today. I'm sure he'll remember it for a long time.
