Gerald, I wonder how old friend Thomas Reardon would have done on the stand, as opposed to Rosen. I'm sure Thomas is happy to have missed that opportunity, at any rate. Just think, Joachim Kempin is still to come! To repeat my current line, Microsoft should have just rested after the prosecution case, invoking the "Chicago School" consumer defense and saying the Gov. hadn't made a case. They seem intent on digging themselves a deeper and deeper hole. But, to repeat another line, it couldn't happen to a nicer company. Cheers, Dan.
