Mercy, you do know New York. >By the way, I grew up on the Maryland side, when I wasn't in the city, and it is not unusual for Marylanders to mostly stay on their side of the river, and Virginians to do the same. I have lived most of my adult life in Annapolis, and am currently a couple of miles from the Chesapeake Bay, although my wife and I will probably move to Washington when our son finishes high school in a few years.< Yes. I have been to Annapolis a few times. What a very nice place! You guys have a boat race down there (I think), that I have for some time wanted to see. As for moving to Washington, I would not have even given it a thought while the great Marion Berry was at the helm. Now, it seem the new mayor is serious about doing well by the place. So the notion of moving there does not strike me as ridiculous.
