Barbara; we need to know the float; how many warrants are going to be exercised (btw. this could be a secondary offering for all we know), and how many shares will be in the total float after next quarterly report (so, we can figure out dilution effect and estimated eps)...thanx for the follow-up, regards sw

All the warrants were called - how many will be exercised is up to the individual shareholders.

Am not advocating this company, *I* like the concept and the company. Would also like to know the float and outstanding shares.
