I frankly am surprised that the company has not had offers by undercapitalized public companies for stock, to take over the company as a back door financing scheme. Perhaps having had the lack of success IMUL has had they did not feel it appropriate to gamble with what they had left, but leave it to shareholders to reinvest the proceeds where they like. On the CNTBY stock, a short might be a rather imperfect hedge, even if it could be executed. We do not know whether CNTBY shares will be distributed as the dates pass, or sold by IMUL and the proceeds distributed.
