I fully agree with you.

I have worked internationally with Ernst&Young and can tell you that just because of this very type of concern, they are sometimes even more meticulous abroad than here in the US.

Why didn't they hire an accounting firm in North America to do the audit? Is it because none of them are willing to? Why go all the way to Hong Kong to do it? Is it because James Chu was from Hong Kong and he has connection there?
