30 year at 5.41%--more new lows than new highs--a/d terrible---and the market is going up?????? ************************************** Stuart: That 30 year rate does lure some people out of equities... Agreed that market breadth is poor... With all this the major index support areas have held... There is plenty of money on the sidelines to continue firming up those supports... These supports may be hinting that they represent a short term bottom... Every time the market bounced off these supports in the past few weeks it strengthened them... So, we appear to be seeing a more positive tone in the market... If we are seeing a real reversal, we should see improvement in the A/D line... The next few days should give us a clearer picture...
