But you can take anything out of the context of one of his speeches to suggest either ... OTOH, I do agree with your assemssment of that quote, but believe he won't do it all the same ...

Absolutely, unless the market breaks and consumers drag the economy down. I don't think he's happy with the box he's got himself into. But I think he wants to wait for Japan to climb off of the mat.
