My gripe was with a reporter quoting an analyst who requested anonymity, gutless in my opinion, probably Fleckenstein.

We shouldn't forget that the 8 fold increase applies to one part of the computer only, the whole machine won't come close to this kind of performance increase. I'm sure that Rambus has demonstrated their performance to Intel's satisfaction, and if it's good enough for them it's good enough for me. Meanwhile the stock continues to act like a yo yo.
