Crude has rallied, but less than you imply. You are quoting numbers for the April contract; a day or two ago ago the numbers were for the March contract.

OSX a little better today, but still not doing well considering the rally in crude and Greenspan's remarks. BTW, Alan almost certainly has inside information about what OPEC is likley to do in March. We must never forget that US government has a major if not decisive impact on OPEC actions through its puppets Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. They are trying to install a similar puppet regime in Iraq that will follow Washinbgton's orders to the letter.
